All animals are charged for on the day of
arrival and departure regardless of the time, this is because the
kennel has been allocated to your pet.
2.
Fees are payable on arrival/departure and a non-returnable booking
deposit of £25.00 per dog/cat is required, and no booking
will be finally accepted until the attached form is received with
the deposit.
3.
If your pet is collected prior to the arranged departure date please
be aware you are liable for the full cost of the remaining days.
Extensions of boarding periods - by arrangements only and animals
not collected within 21 days of the arranged departure date will be
effectively dealt with by the management.
4. All
dogs must have a current certificate of vaccination including
Parvovirus, Distemper and Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Para
influenza.
4. (a)
Please note that your dog must have received an intra-nasal
Bordetella vaccine at least 5 days prior to arrival, intrac (valid
for 6 months), Nobivac KC (valid for 12 months).
4.(b)
All cats must have a current certificate of vaccination against
Feline Enteritis (Pan-Leucopaenia Influenza carried out not more
than one year prior to boarding.
5. Cats
must be brought/collected from the kennels in secure containers (not
cardboard).
6.
Veterinary fees incurred during boarding are payable by the owner on
collecting the dog or cat. However if an additional insurance has
been taken out with the kennels, these fees (up to £100) will be met
by the insurance company (Please note this does not cover kennel
cough or animal over 10 years old).
7.
Necessary tablets and ointments will be administered at owners
request. No additional charge will be made for this service. Please
note; ongoing problems that have occurred before entering the
kennels will not be met by the insurance company.
8. For
hygiene reasons all bedding and toys will be supplied by the kennels
and cattery therefore we do not accept owners' belongings.
9.
Payment is accepted by Cash or credit or debit cards.
10.
Please note there will be no viewing of the kennels during Peak
Seasons.
11. When
deposits are taken over the telephone, "you" the customer has
read/accepts the full terms and conditions for boarding.

THE KENNELS AND CATTERY ON THE DAY
