1. All animals are charged for on the day of arrival and departure regardless of the time, this is because the kennel has been allocated to your pet.

2. A £25 deposit per dog/cat is required when making a booking. The deposit is always deducted off your final bill but is non-refundable upon cancellation of booking.   

3. If your pet is collected prior to the arranged departure date please be aware you are liable for the full cost of the remaining days. Extensions of boarding periods - by arrangements only and animals not collected within 14 days of the arranged departure date will be effectively dealt with by the management.

4. All dogs must have a current certificate of vaccination including Parvovirus, Distemper and Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Para influenza.

4. (a) Please note that your dog must have received an intra-nasal Bordetella vaccine at least 5 days prior to arrival, intrac (valid for 6 months), Nobivac KC (valid for 12 months).

4.(b) All cats must have a current certificate of vaccination against Feline Enteritis (Pan-Leucopaenia Influenza).

5. Cats must be brought/collected from the kennels in secure containers (not cardboard).

6. Veterinary fees incurred during boarding are payable  on collecting the dog or cat.

7. Necessary tablets and ointments will be administered at owners request. No additional charge will be made for this service.

8. For hygiene reasons all bedding and toys will be supplied by the kennels and cattery.

9. Payment is accepted by Cash, cheque (deposit ony), credit (2% charge) or debit cards.

10. Please note there will be no viewing of the kennels during Peak Seasons.

11. When deposits are taken over the telephone, "you" the customer has read/accepts the full terms and conditions for boarding.

A charge of 2% will be added to payments made by a credit cards.

 PLEASE NOTE: WE RECOMMEND VIEWING THE FACILITIES PRIOR TO BOOKING. OWNERS WILL NOT BE SHOWN THE KENNELS AND CATTERY ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY AS THIS CAUSES UNNECESSARY STRESS TO YOUR PET.
